Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation is seeking a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, AP/AR, G/L, and financial reporting. The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience and a CPA, with strong BIR, budgeting, and compliance background.

You will lead and develop the accounting team, coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders, and drive improvements in internal controls and financial processes across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA holder.
• At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience, including BIR processes
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Capable of leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Monitor operational expenses and profitability across business units.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government reporting.
• Handle bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team.
• Improve accounting systems, internal controls, and financial processes.
• Partner closely with operations and sales teams for business performance analysis.
