Job description

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and valuation
• Ensure accurate recording of sales, returns, discounts, and promotions
• Reconcile sales reports with POS systems and wholesale billing
• Monitor gross margins and cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations
• Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting
• Monitor budget performance and report variances
• Support cash flow planning and working capital management
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
