Job summary

Dragon AI Media Inc. is seeking a capable Account Services professional to support the CEO in managing key client accounts, coordinating projects and events, and ensuring smooth client communications across internal teams, suppliers, and partners.

You will oversee campaigns from briefing to completion, monitor timelines and deliverables, and assist in business development and onsite event activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Events Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in account management, client servicing, project management, events, advertising, marketing, or agency work.
• Experience handling client accounts and coordinating projects from planning to execution.
• Comfortable coordinating directly with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience working with creative, production, events, media, or marketing teams is an advantage.
• Able to review presentations, creative materials, proposals, and campaign deliverables before client submission.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable supporting proposals, presentations, pitches, and other business development activities.
• Willing to provide onsite event support, including ingress and egress, when required.
• Flexible with working hours during events, activations, or urgent project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in handling key client accounts and help manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and creative approvals when assigned
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and build strong working relationships
• Be proactive in identifying new opportunities or projects with existing clients
• Assist in recruiting and training new Account servicing team members as needed
• Work and coordinate with part‑time/contract creatives or project managers
• Oversee assigned campaigns from briefing to execution and completion
• Coordinate with internal teams (events, creatives, production, media) to keep things on track
• Review materials before client submission to ensure quality and alignment with expectations
• Share client feedback with the team to help improve output and flag any issues or concerns early
• Collaborate with the CEO on new business proposals and decks, join pitches or exploratory calls as needed

Education
