Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a Stormwater Design Draftsperson to join our onsite team in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines.

You will support engineers with calculations, catchment delineations, and drainage design while preparing AutoCAD drawings for drainage plans. Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering background, exposure to stormwater projects, and experience with AutoCAD and relevant guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
Background in stormwater, drainage or flood projects preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD and drainage/hydraulic calculations.
Australian project exposure, especially Queensland/SEQ standards, a plus.
Familiarity with QUDM and local SEQ schemes is beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with engineering calculations: catchment delineation and rational method.
Conduct pipe sizing, detention/bioretention specs and surface drainage analysis.
Coordinate with engineers, civil designers and drafters on designs.
Prepare stormwater drawings: surveys, catchment plans, drainage layouts.
Detail detention tanks and bioretention basins; ensure accuracy.
