Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years' experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, people management, and merchandising skills.
• Willing to work in Taguig General Luna.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness for employees and customers.
• Report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
