Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales and manage daily store operations in Tulunan, Cotabato. You will lead merchandising, staff supervision, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years retail experience, and strong organizational and leadership skills. Willingness to work in Tulunan Cotabato and ensure compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers with a safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update, and report to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.

• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.

• Working within established Guideline & SOP.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
