CASAMIA FURNITURE CENTER, INC. in Dasmariñas, Philippines, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a supervisory/assistant manager role in our retail operations.
The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, 3–4 years of supervisory experience in retail, and familiarity with B2B and corporate selling; furniture industry background is a plus. The position involves sales leadership, store operations, merchandising and staff management.
Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year course
Must have 3-4 years supervisory or Assistant Manager experience in retail, overall store operations (selling, warehouse, counter, display, etc.), or any similar background.
Experience in Business to Business Transaction (B2B) and Corporate Selling is a plus.
Experience in the furniture industry or any similar background is an advantage
Must have strong supervisory skills

Meets and exceed the company’s sales goals and service standards on a consistent basis.
Creates additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate items.
Attends and participate in store meetings, company training sessions as required furthering the development of skills to meet the company’s objectives.
Adheres to policies/standards to achieve the sales targets.
Ensures high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
Spends most of his/her time on the selling floor meeting customers and assisting and managing staff.
Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established registers and cash handling policies and procedures.
Actively participates and supports the company’s safety and security standards at all times.
Assists in meeting the company’s brand image and housekeeping standards.
Ensures promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards.
Assists in the implementation of safety measures in consonance with corporate security standards for the safety and security of merchandise, customers and employees.
Supports and participates in the inventory management functions to include: receiving procedures, transfers, pricing procedures, product counts and physical inventories as required.
Maintains inventory and ensure items are in stock.
