MFG Manille, Inc. (Marithé + François Girbaud) is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards in our retail location.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year business-related degree, 1–2 years of supervisory retail experience, and is willing to work holidays and weekends. You will ensure customer satisfaction, cash handling accuracy, and a clean, compliant store environment while supporting promotions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store staff to ensure high performance and smooth daily operations
• Assist the Area Manager in achieving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse for replenishment
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and merchandising standards
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours
• Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns
