Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Skills: organization, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, merchandising.
• Preferably supervisor/5+ years in sales - retail or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect staff and customers by a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items; manage small notes.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager / Branch Manager.
