MR DIY Philippines is hiring for Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor at 999 Divisoria. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure merchandising standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English.

You will lead a team, coordinate training, and maintain store safety and customer service. The position is based in Divisoria, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English required.
• 5 years of experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Operate within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
