Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report to HQ and Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Other tasks as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
