Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for W Mall Pasay in Pasay, Metro Manila. The role oversees daily store operations, drives sales growth, and ensures excellent customer service with strong team leadership.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of retail experience, and fluency in Filipino and English. The position requires on-site work at W Mall Pasay and merchandising expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Preferred: Supervisor/5+ yrs in Sales - Retail/General

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greeting & serving customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline staff; monitor & appraise.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Protect staff and customers by providing safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items; note shortages.
• Report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ & superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP; perform other duties as needed by ASM/ Branch Manager.
