Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a seasoned Retail Supervisor to lead the Cauayan City store, Isabela, and drive sales growth through effective merchandising and team leadership.

You will set up gondolas, supervise daily operations, ensure a clean, compliant store, greet customers, and report performance to HQ.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail, strong organizational and people-management skills, and fluent Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years retail experience.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
