Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor for RTM - La Paz Iloilo (ZLPI). The role focuses on driving sales growth, organizing displays, and maintaining smooth daily operations in a busy retail environment.

You will lead a team, recruit and coach staff, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with HQ to report on sales and staffing. This position requires strong leadership, merchandising, and customer service skills, with willingness to work in La Paz

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Filipino and English language proficiency required.
• 5 years retail industry experience.
• Supervisor experience preferred in Sales - Retail or equivalent.
• Willing to work in La Paz Iloilo.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and petty cash as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established SOP and guidelines.
• Take on other tasks assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
