Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for its San Jose branch in Occidental Mindoro. You will lead daily store operations, set up merchandise displays, and drive sales growth while ensuring compliance with SOP and safety standards.

You will recruit, train, coach and assess staff, maintain store cleanliness, greet customers, and coordinate with HQ to report sales and staffing needs, contributing to a stable, thriving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Experience in supervision and staff coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & display merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & disciplining staff; monitor & appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure safe & clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering items as needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOP and established guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
