Job summary

SAN YANG INTERTRADE CORP in the Philippines is seeking a store supervisor in Malolos, Bulacan to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise a team, coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and monitor performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in retail supervisory roles and is organized, communicative, and able to handle shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• College graduate; preferred majors in business, management or marketing.
• 2–3 years supervisory or team-leader experience, preferably in retail.
• Experience in furniture or similar retail is an advantage.
