Econails Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor in Laguna, Philippines to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales while upholding company standards.

You will ensure top-notch customer service, manage scheduling and inventory, and help develop staff in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a leadership role such as Store Supervisor / OIC / Team Leader.
• Strong leadership, communication & people management skills.
• Target-driven with commitment to achieving sales goals & excellent customer service.
• Experience coaching, motivating and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of store operations, inventory and staff scheduling is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible mall-based schedules.
• Retail/beauty/wellness experience preferred.

Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading and developing the team, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence. This role ensures the store consistently achieves its sales goals while upholding company standards and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• At least six (6) months of experience as a Store Supervisor, Officer-in-Charge (OIC), Team Leader, Management Trainee, or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Target-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in coaching, motivating, and supervising a team
• Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and staff scheduling is an advantage
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
