Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of the assigned section and ensures store activities align with company policies.
• Ensures accurate processing and control of all branch transactions with the Cashier and Finance Division.
• Reviews and monitors End of Day Cashier’s Reports and daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensures proper turnover and safekeeping of cash, documents, and financial records.
• Ensures proper implementation of discounts, promotions, and pricing policies.
• Monitors sales performance and inventory movement of the assigned store sections.
• Maintains store records and documents.
• Responsible for store assets, cash handling, stocks, equipment, and facilities within assigned areas.
• Supervises, trains, and provides guidance to store personnel.
• Ensures compliance with customer service standards, selling procedures, and operational processes.
• Acts as Store Officer-in-Charge when Store Manager is absent.
• Ensures continuity of store operations and proper execution of management directives.
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by effective handling of concerns.
• Participates in investigations and restitution processes for confirmed losses.

Store Supervisors are in charge of overseeing the assigned section and ensuring accurate and efficient cashiering operations at all times. Sells and attends to customers’ needs as necessary.

Main Duties:

• 1. Oversees the operations of the assigned section and ensures that all

  store activities are carried out in accordance with company policies,

• 2. Ensures accurate processing and control of all branch transactions in

  coordination with the Cashier and Finance Division.

• 3. Reviews and monitors the preparation of End of Day Cashier’s Reports

  and ensures accuracy of daily sales reconciliation.

• 4. Ensures proper turnover and safekeeping of cash accountability, sales

  documents, and other financial records.

• 5. Ensures proper implementation of discounts, promotions, and pricing policies.

• 6. Monitors sales performance and inventory movement of assigned store sections.

• 7. Ensures proper maintenance and monitoring of store records and documents.

• 8. Responsible and accountable for store assets, cash handling, stocks,

  equipment, documents, and facilities within assigned areas.

• 9. Supervises, trains, and provides guidance to store personnel.

• 10. Ensures compliance with company standards on customer service,

  selling procedures, and operational processes.

• 11. Acts as Store Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Store Manager

  or Store Head.

• 12. Ensures continuity of store operations and proper execution of

  management directives

• 13. Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service

  and resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.

• 14. Participates in investigations and restitution processes for confirmed

  losses based on official company findings and authorized reports.
