Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for its Taguig location. You will manage all aspects of store operations and report to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales & Operations, steering the store toward its quotas.

You will analyze brands, coordinate with staff for inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while complying with company standards. You will lead the store team, interact with vendors and mall administration, and participate in monthly sales meetings and

Formación

• Bachelor's/College degree required in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong store management skills and hardworking, analytical, people-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage store operations and report to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales & Operations.
• Represent the store in Monthly Sales Meetings / Business Planning.
• Analyze brands and develop strategies to reach quotas.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure inventory meets sales targets.
• Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, mall admin and third-party agencies/Coop.
• Maintain optimal customer service and compliance with company standards.
• Encourage staff to engage customers and build confidence.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
