Qualifications

• Preferably with supervisory experience.
• Willing to work at Vista Mall Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up merchandising displays and gondolas.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness.
• Organize and display merchandise.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure legal compliance and store safety.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for efficient operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily banking of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and operations to HQ.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
