Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. in Pampanga invites applications for a Store Manager responsible for end-to-end store operations, reporting to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales & Operations. You will lead the team, analyze brands, and implement effective strategies to hit quotas.

You'll coordinate with staff, vendors, mall administration, and agencies while upholding company standards and driving excellent customer service. The role offers growth opportunities and regular performance appraisals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong store management skills.
• Willing to work retail store hours; willing to be assigned in ROBINSONS STARMILLS Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store from all aspects of management and report to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales & Operations.
• Represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning.
• Analyze brands and develop strategies to reach quota.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure inventory meets sales targets.
• Communicate with staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop.
• Maintain customer service and compliance with company standards.
• Encourage staff to engage customers and build confidence.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
