Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Pagsanjan Laguna store. You will drive sales growth, organize merchandise displays, and ensure smooth store performance under guidance of the Branch/Asst Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, strong leadership and merchandising skills, and fluency in Filipino and English. On-site work in Laguna is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Filipino and English are required.
• 5 years of work experience in Retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• People management and coaching experience preferred.
• Willingness to work at Pagsanjan Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve growth targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly and in compliance.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective operations and team development.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and incidents to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit required documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
