Job summary

Waltermart Naic is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and supervise frontline staff. You will ensure proper display setup, stock integrity, and customer service excellence in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, Filipino and English language skills, and at least 5 years in retail. You will coach staff, manage merchandising, and uphold store safety and compliance while meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach & discipline staff; monitor & appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ & Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
