MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales growth and lead a retail team at Villaba Leyte. The role focuses on visual merchandising, daily operations, and ensuring compliance with policies to maintain store standards.

The ideal candidate has a retail background with strong organizational and leadership skills, along with fluency in Filipino and English. This position requires hands-on supervision and a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/general or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Villaba Leyte.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, cases to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
