Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a store supervisor to drive sales growth and ensure smooth daily operations at a location in Abuyog Leyte. You will lead a team, organize displays, greet customers, and maintain store cleanliness while complying with SOPs and legal requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in retail, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, coaching, and merchandising skills to optimize performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field required.
• Must have Filipino and English language proficiency.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry required.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers in the store.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering items as needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP guidelines.
• Handle any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.

• Working within established Guideline & SOP.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
