Responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.

• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.

• Daily bank-in of store sales.

• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
