Job summary

MR DIY Philippines, Valencia Bukidnon, is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily retail operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong organizational and leadership skills. You will manage display, merchandise, staff coaching, and compliance with SOPs; on-site work in Valencia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed and store is tidy.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Update and report sales and staffing to HQ and supervisor.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.


• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.


• Working within established Guideline & SOP.


• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
