Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Talisay Cebu is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and drive sales. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on coaching of store staff.

You will manage merchandising, customer service, and compliance with SOPs, while ensuring a safe, tidy store and timely reporting to HQ. Filipino and English speakers with 5 years in retail are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Report sales, staff hiring and assignments to HQ & supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Take on any other duties as assigned by management.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
