Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching & disciplining employees.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and superior.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
