Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking a store supervisor to drive sales growth and maintain store standards at Gaisano Alabang Town Center. You will lead daily operations, organize merchandise, greet customers, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and coaching abilities to manage staff and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General.
• Amenable to work at Gaisano Alabang Town Center.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
