MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RTM Ayala Malls Circuit (Flagship). The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, organizational, and merchandising skills.

You will lead daily store operations, oversee staff performance, curate product displays, and ensure exceptional customer service. Work involves managing inventory, coordinating with HQ, and ensuring compliance with SOPs while driving sales growth and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Filipino and English language proficiency required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and display merchandise strategically.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance on operations to the team.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Select, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employee; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
