Job summary

mr-diy-philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at Roblou Town Center in Cainta, Rizal. You will drive sales growth, oversee merchandising, and supervise a small team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about 5 years in retail, with strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills. Fluency in Filipino and English is preferred, and applicants must be amenable to work at the mall location.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and coach & discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
