Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Maintain store tidiness and cleanliness.
• Organize merchandise in the selling area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and coach employees.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items for use.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
