Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Pacific Mall Mandaue. The role drives store sales, oversees daily operations, and ensures a safe, organized shopping environment for customers.

You will lead, coach and evaluate staff, set up displays, and maintain merchandising standards across the floor. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail, with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth performance.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.

• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective store operations.

• Handle daily cash-in of store sales.

• Send required documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOP and established guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch/Branch Manager.
