• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for efficient operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager/Asst Branch Manager.

• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
