Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Cherry Antipolo to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. You will supervise staff, organize merchandising, and ensure compliance with store SOPs while maintaining a safe, customer-friendly environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in retail, with leadership, coaching, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5 years & Up experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Cherry Antipolo.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established Guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
