Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor with a proven track record in sales, leadership, and people management. You will lead daily operations, organize displays, and ensure excellent customer service in Carmen, Bohol.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
