Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Carmen, Bohol store to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will oversee merchandising, customer service, and staff coaching in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail. You’ll manage display setups, ensure compliance with SOPs, and work closely with HQ on reports and staffing.

• Supervisory experience preferred; 5+ years in sales/retail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
