Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Bogo City is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in retail, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

You will manage displays, train staff, monitor compliance with SOPs, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while reporting to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Fluently speak Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Supervisor level experience or 5 years+ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case).
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
