Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Batac Ilocos Norte 2 is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure great customer service at the Batac branch. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in retail, with strong leadership and merchandising skills.

You will organize displays, train and coach staff, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with rules while delivering a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established SOP and guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
