Job summary

MR DIY Philippines Talibon branch is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

You'll oversee merchandising, set up displays, coach staff, monitor compliance with SOPs, and report sales and staffing updates to HQ.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and proven leadership. Fluency in Filipino and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Excellent organizational, leadership and communications skills; people management and coaching abilities.
• Preferably supervisor/5+ years experience in sales - retail/general or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
