Job summary

JIAYOU FORWARDING POSTAL SERVICES OPC is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead baristas and store staff during daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and quality presentation of beverages and food.

You will monitor sales, cash handling, inventory, and supplies; maintain cleanliness and safety; assist with scheduling and coaching; and prepare daily reports to drive sales and efficiency. Candidates with 2+ years in coffee/food service and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee shop, restaurant, or food and beverage preferred.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of store operations and basic inventory management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.




• Minimum 2 years of experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or food and beverage industry.




• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.




• Knowledge of coffee shop operations and basic inventory management.




• Strong communication and customer service skills.
