Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate store personnel to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper product display, availability, pricing, and merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and stock availability.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, sales transactions, and daily sales reports.
• Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct briefings and provide coaching to store personnel.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager regarding operational concerns and sales performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and proper store presentation.
• Monitor wastage, product losses, and other operational variances.
• Assist in scheduling and manpower deployment based on business requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales and operational reports accurately and on time.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and food safety policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
