Job summary

Chooks-to-Go Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day retail outlets, ensuring smooth operations and meeting sales targets across multiple stores. You will oversee inventory, stock displays, and staff performance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on field work, willingness to travel, and strong cross-functional coordination with HR and logistics. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in retail or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in any related field preferred (Business Admin, Management, Marketing).
• At least 1 year of work experience in retail, food service, logistics, or related positions.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and manage daily operations with strong people management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in inventory monitoring, stock forecasting, and sales reporting; ensure stores meet sales targets and stock availability.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a 4-wheel manual vehicle for multi-site visits.
• Willing to do field work and visit multiple stores; available for extended hours, weekends, or holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; coordinate across departments and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned Chooks-to-Go outlets to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure that stores meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor stock levels, supplies, and product displays in the outlets.
• Monitor the performance and activities of store crew members and ensure they follow company standards.
• Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered to customers at all times.
• Prepare and consolidate daily or weekly sales reports, inventory reports, and spoilage reports for management review.
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and orderliness of the store and work areas.
• Communicate and coordinate with HR, logistics, and other support teams regarding store concerns and operational needs.
• Assist in implementing promotions, marketing activities, and merchandising strategies to increase sales.
• Submit weekly operational reports and perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
