Job summary

Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring new store projects, repairs, and maintenance to ensure timely completion with quality outcomes.

The role involves liaising with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams, preparing progress reports, monitoring budgets, and maintaining project documentation. This position provides exposure to design and architecture projects within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• A. New Store Projects: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of new store fit-out construction and renovation projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
• B. Repairs and Maintenance: Receive, assess, and coordinate repair and maintenance requests from store operations and other departments.
• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with accredited contractors and service providers for repair works.
• Conduct site inspections to verify repair requirements and completed works.
• Ensure repair and maintenance activities are completed efficiently and within approved budgets.
• Maintain records of repair requests, work orders, maintenance schedules, and project documentation.
• C. Drawing/Plans preparation: Assist in the preparation, review, updating, and coordination of project drawings, layouts, and plans to support new store construction, repairs, and maintenance projects.
