Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a customer-focused store associate in the Philippines. You will welcome shoppers, answer product questions, and assist with purchases to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will also provide information on prices and promotions, recommend suitable items, manage shelf presentation, monitor stock, assist with deliveries, operate the POS system, and help maintain store cleanliness and orderly display throughout shifts.

• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide information about products, prices, promotions, and available offers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries.
• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.
• Operate the POS system and assist with cashiering and payment processing when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the store.
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Store Supervisor.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, merchandising standards, and loss prevention guidelines.
