• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the store.
• Handle basic customer concerns and elevate complex issues to the Store Supervisor.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, merchandising standards, and loss prevention guidelines.
