Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking a results-driven Store Operations Manager in Cavite to oversee daily store functions, drive sales, and maintain service standards. You will lead, coach, and mentor staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, merchandising, loss prevention, and strict adherence to company procedures. A degree in business and 2–3 years in store operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in store operations, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned store targets and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and manage store employees to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Ensure proper inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
