Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead and manage daily store operations to hit sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction at all times.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store personnel to enhance performance.
• Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, stock availability, accuracy, and shrinkage control.
