Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hit overall targets in the absence of Branch Manager.
• Hit individual targets as assistant Branch manager.
• Manage irate customer and execute proper escalation of concerns.
• Ensure complete stocks and daily inventory updates for sales personnel.
• Conduct regular product training in the store based on new products for staff.
